Human parser
This artist from the city of Yessentuki manages to convey several emotions in one track at once with the help of quite soft sounds. Nice ethno-electronics.

Women of the Pore
Musician living in New Brunswick, Canada, regularly produces a rather coarse noise, but not without a sense of melodism.
